You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your services.

2. Accuracy of Products and Pricing

• We strive to display the colors and images of our undergarments as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s screen display will perfectly match the actual color.

• All prices for products are subject to change without notice.

• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service at any time.

3. Orders and Payment

• Cash on Delivery (COD): We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan. By placing a COD order, you commit to accepting the parcel and paying the rider upon delivery. Refusing delivery without a valid reason may result in your address being blacklisted for future orders.

• Online Payment: If paying via bank transfer or credit/debit card, orders will only be processed once payment confirmation is received.

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product unavailability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4. Strict Hygiene and Return Policy

Due to the intimate nature of ladies’ undergarments and international health and hygiene standards, we enforce a strict policy regarding returns and exchanges:

• Panties, Shapewear, and Sticky Bras: These items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances due to hygiene reasons.

• Bras and Nightwear: Exchanges may be considered only if the item is completely unworn, unwashed, has all original tags attached, and is in its original packaging.

• Damaged/Wrong Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must contact us at info@zarniawear.pk within [e.g., 24 or 48 hours] of delivery with video/photo proof.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• Delivery timelines across Pakistan usually take [e.g., 3 to 5] working days. Delays may occur during sales, public holidays, or unforeseen weather events.

• As stated in our Privacy Policy, all items are shipped in highly secure, discreet packaging.

6. Intellectual Property

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, digital downloads, and data compilations, is the property of Zarnia Wear and is protected by Pakistani and international copyright laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

Zarnia Wear shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or website.
