Delivery time: 4–7 working days, anywhere in Pakistan.
Free delivery: on all orders over Rs 8,000.
Delivery charges: a standard delivery charge of Rs 300 applies to orders under Rs 8,000.
Cash on Delivery (COD): available nationwide. Pay only when you receive your order.
Order confirmation: for COD orders, we may call or message you on WhatsApp to confirm before dispatch.
Discreet packaging: every order is shipped in plain packaging with no mention of the contents on the label.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s our return policy:

Return window: you may request a return within 15 days of receiving your order.
Condition: items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
Hygiene note: for hygiene and safety reasons, certain intimate items may not be eligible for return once the packaging is opened. Please check the product page or contact us before purchase if you’re unsure.

Refunds/Exchanges: once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will arrange an exchange or refund as agreed.
