Stop guessing and start feeling confident. Use our proprietary Bra Size Calculator below to discover your accurate band and cup size instantly.
Your Recommended Size is:

|---|---|
| 32 | 68 - 72 |
| 34 | 73 - 77 |
| 36 | 78 - 82 |
| 38 | 83 - 87 |
| 40 | 88 - 92 |
| 42 | 93 - 97 |
| 44 | 98 - 102 |
To get the most precise results from our calculator, you will need a soft measuring tape and a mirror. For the best accuracy, wear an unpadded, non-compressive bra while taking your measurements.
Â
Wrap the measuring tape snugly around your ribcage, directly right underneath your breasts.
Make sure the tape is completely level across your back and parallel to the floor.
It should feel tight, but not constricting. Enter this exact number (in cm or inches) into the calculator.
Stand naturally and breathe normally.
Wrap the measuring tape around the absolute fullest part of your chest (typically across the apex/nipples).
Keep the tape flat and comfortably loose—do not pull it tight enough to compress your breast tissue. Enter this number into the calculator.
Expert Fit Tip: Our bodies naturally fluctuate due to weight changes, hormones, and age. We highly recommend using this bra sizing guide to remeasure yourself every six to twelve months to ensure your intimate apparel continues to support you properly.
Even with precise measurements, different lingerie styles and fabrics fit differently. Use this quick diagnostic checklist to see if your current bras—or your new ones—are truly the perfect fit:
The Band Test: The band provides 80% of your bra’s lifting support. If the band rides up your back into a “U” shape, it is too loose. It should sit perfectly horizontal.
The Cup Test: If your breast tissue is spilling out of the top, bottom, or sides of the underwire, your cup volume is too small. Conversely, if the fabric puckers or gapes at the top, the cup is too large.
The Strap Test: Are your straps leaving painful red marks or slipping off your shoulders? Straps should sit securely without doing all the heavy lifting. If they dig in, your band is likely too loose and isn’t doing its job.
The Gore Test: The center gore (the small piece of fabric between the cups) should rest completely flat against your breastbone. If it floats away from your chest, you need a larger cup size.
If your calculated size is a 34C, but the band feels just a bit too snug, you don’t necessarily need a whole new style. You need a Sister Size. Sister sizes are a lingerie industry secret. They are groups of bra sizes that hold the exact same cup volume, even though the band measurement changes.
If the band is too tight: Go up one band size, and down one cup size. (Example: If a 34C is too tight, try a 36B).
If the band is too loose: Go down one band size, and up one cup size. (Example: If a 34C is too loose, try a 32D).
Now that you have decoded your true measurements, it is time to upgrade your intimates drawer. Whether you are searching for a seamless t-shirt bra for the office, a supportive sports bra for the gym, or an elegant lace demi-cup for a special evening, knowing your true size is the first step to looking and feeling incredible.
