Shipping Policy

• Free shipping on all orders above Rs. 2,000.

• A flat shipping fee of Rs. 199 applies to orders below Rs. 2,000.

Order Processing

• Orders placed before 12:00 PM (PST) are shipped the same day via registered courier service.

• Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be dispatched the next working day.

• Orders placed on Sundays or Pakistan’s national holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Time

• Estimated delivery time is 5–7 working days.

• No deliveries are made on Sundays.

• During peak seasons or mega sale events, delivery may take up to 7 working days.

Payment Policy

• For orders above Rs. 10,000, advance payment is required. Our team will contact you with payment details after order confirmation. Orders will be dispatched once payment is received and verified.

• For University and Hostel addresses, at least 50% advance payment is required due to high return rates from these locations.
  As a token of appreciation, we offer a flat 10% discount on such orders.
