- Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase.
- Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Returns must be sent through a traceable courier service or registered post.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), your refund request will be processed the same day.
Refund transfers may take up to 7 working days to complete.
How to Return or Exchange
Step 1: Complete the Return Form
Fill out the Return Form and include it inside your parcel. If you do not have a copy, please download it from our website before sending your return.
Step 2: Repack the Item(s)
Securely pack the product(s) along with the completed Return Form to avoid any damage during transit.
Step 3: Ship Your Parcel
